Bill Lucia

Bill Lucia is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of HMS(NASDAQ:HMSY), a leading healthcare analytics and technology company. He served as CEO from 2009 to 2021 and was named Chairman of the Board of Directors in July 2015. Now the managing director of Bill Lucia Associates with a passion for helping leaders grow their businesses to new heights.

Deborah Kelly

Deborah Kelly served as Director of Organizational Development at HMS for 10 years. She is committed to helping organizations achieve strategic business results by applying “next practice” organizational learning, performance improvement and change leadership tactics. She spent most of her career at Aetna, where she served as head of Enterprise Workforce Development and led some of the company’s most innovative change initiatives

Tracy South

Tracy South is a seasoned senior HR executive with nearly four decades of experience in both public and private sectors. She retired in 2020 after 9 years with HMS Holdings Corp. as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative & Human Resources Officer. At HMS, she spearheaded HR, M&A integrations, and Facilities & Real Estate while working alongside the CEO to lead a cultural transformation focused on effectively executing the company’s growth strategy and fueling innovation and engagement. Tracy previously served as the CHRO for Mosaic Sales Solutions and was Vice President of HR at Tenet Healthcare. She concluded over a decade with Aetna as the Head of HR for Aetna U.S. Healthcare. Tracy holds a Bachelor’s from The Ohio State University in Psychology.

Semone Neuman

Semone Neuman specializes in transforming organizations, particularly focusing on scaling and customer experience across various industries. She holds board and advisory positions at several healthcare companies, including Home Care Delivered and Southeastern Primary Care Partners, and consults as an Operations Advisor with Advent International. Her previous roles include significant contributions at Accentcare, Health Management Systems, and United Healthcare. Semone has an MBA, a BS in Finance & Marketing, an Executive Leadership Certificate from Wharton, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
